SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery methods:

We offer the following delivery methods:

1) CHF 200.00 orders up to CHF 550

2) CHF 350.00 orders from CHF 550 to CHF 1500

3) CHF 600.00 orders from CHF 1500 to CHF 3000

4) CHF 800.00 orders from CHF 3000 to CHF 6000

5) CHF 1000.00 orders from CHF 6000 to CHF 10000

6) On request orders from CHF 10000

Shipping information for Switzerland: The furniture is not in stock so it will be produced for you after the order process and receipt of payment. The delivery time is between 6-8 weeks.

For all other shipments as well as express and bulky goods shipments, delivery costs will be charged. Bulky goods shipments to locations that cannot be reached by lorry (e.g. Zermatt, Wengen or roads that are not accessible to lorries etc.) must be agreed individually and other rates apply. The customer is obliged to point out before or when placing the order (in the comments field when completing the order) that access is not “normally” possible by lorry so that the delivery costs can be agreed individually in advance. In the case of telephone enquiries regarding delivery costs, the customer is also obliged to point out on the telephone if the delivery location cannot be reached normally and without additional costs and effort by lorry, even if the customer believes that everyone knows this location and conditions.

If particularly bulky or heavy furniture cannot be delivered normally in pairs via staircases, doorways and/or entrances, all additional costs will be passed on to the customer. In such cases, the customer is obliged to inform ART72 before placing the order. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check whether ordered items can be delivered to the home, office, garden, etc. normally and without any problems. In case of doubt, the customer must always assume that the item will be delivered in assembled size. Additional costs for particularly complex shipments will always be charged to the end customer. If completely assembled furniture etc. has to be taken apart in order to bring it into the home etc., then the disassembly and assembly is always at the risk and expense of the end customer. ART72 reserves the right in any case not to deliver to the home/office etc. or to assemble etc. and to deliver only ex kerbside. In such a case, the additional costs paid for delivery to the home, assembly etc. will of course be refunded to the customer. If the haulage company does not arrive at the customer’s home despite having made an appointment, additional journeys will be charged at a minimum of CHF 75 per journey.

The type of dispatch, free kerbside, includes delivery to the place where the lorry can drive and park freely. If the customer wishes delivery to the first door of the house and the delivery distance is more than 50 metres, a surcharge of CHF 50 will be levied.

If a consignment cannot be delivered to the customer within 2 weeks, the storage fee is CHF 20 per week or part thereof.

Small quantity surcharge for Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

Up to a net goods value of CHF 1000, we charge a small quantity surcharge and shipping costs of CHF 30.

Deliveries abroad (deliveries outside Switzerland):

ART72 only delivers within Switzerland.

Disposal of old furniture (for deliveries in Switzerland):

If you wish to dispose of old furniture, please send us a short e-mail to info@art72.ch stating which items and how many you wish to dispose of, possibly with a photo. We will then be happy to provide you with the costs for the disposal of these items.
